The famous writer

never needs that many words --

just: The sea is large.

De grote schrijverDer große Autor
heeft nooit veel woorden nodig --braucht nie so viele Worte --

slechts: De zee is groot.nur: Das Meer ist groß.

Zywa The trees are falling

We have ordered musicians
but can we pay them?
Give them some tea

     Listen, the trees are falling
     Lovely, the sound of axes
     cutting down the orchard

     The times are changing
     Play! I want to celebrate!
     You can leave after that

I don't know, I want to go
Why have we grown so old?
I remember everybody

was happy, without knowing
why, didn't we discuss it
time after time! It is over

We'll die anyway
while life goes on
as if we have never lived

Today was a draft,

but tomorrow I will start --

a fresh piece of life.

Vandaag was een klad,Heute war Kladde,
maar morgen, dan begin ik --aber morgen fang ich an:

een heel nieuw leven.ein neues Leben.
