The Golden Calf (exodus 32) is literally a Golden Bull
Sculpture "Charging Bull" (2012, Arturo Di Modica [1941]) in front of the stock exchange building in Amsterdam, which throws prices up with its horns, a symbol of rising rates (a "bull market")
