Zywa The eighth day

And the evening and the morning
were the eighth day, the people
plaited roofs, they mated

and the men said: pure
are our homes and all
that we need

but God is the Creator
of life and death, everyone who
touches those becomes impure

and must humbly wash
off the germs of his pride
his fertility

is a given
or refused grace
he must remove

the smell and the traces
of her bleeding and his seed
so as not to perish from impotence
